Our Bellingham Boot Camp is a workout for weight loss, strength, and endurance. You burn calories like crazy in this class!

Our fitness Boot Camp experience includes kickboxing, cross training, kettlebells, strength training, core strengthening, nutrition information, and much more. Boot Camp provides a Total Body Workout in an eight week program that meets five mornings each week. Space is limited.
