Cross Training: Tues 8-9PM, Thurs 7-8PM

USMAA Cross Training provides an effective exercise routine that will help you develop skills in a variety of disciplines.

Combining exercises that only work a certain muscle group ensures that you’ll get a comprehensive workout in each session. You’ll also have the opportunity to try out all of our disciplines: boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, and more.
