Tues & Thurs - 5:30-6:30AM, 9:00-10:00AM & 7-8PM

Mon & Wed - 12:15-1:15PM / 1:15-2:15PM / 3:00-4:00PM

USMAA Cross Training provides an effective exercise routine that will help you develop skills in a variety of disciplines using Kettlebells, weights, boxes, pull-up bars, rings, interval training and much more!  It is a core strength and conditioning program that works on endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, coordination, speed and balance.

Combining exercises that only work a certain muscle group ensures that you’ll get a comprehensive workout in each session. You’ll also have the opportunity to try out all of our disciplines: boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, and more.
