MMA Training: Tues 8-9PM & Thurs 7-8PM

Mixed Martial Arts incorporates both traditional and non-traditional martial arts and fighting techniques for a workout that will get your heart pumping and your muscles growing.

USMMA MMA Training combines the techniques of mixed martial arts, freestyle grappling, submissions, and wrestling with a mix of cardio and bag work to improve endurance and strength. All levels of experience are welcome to try this program.
