Muay Thai: Mon & Wed 8-9PM, Tue & Thurs 6-7PM

With Muay Thai / Kickboxing, our objective is to provide a cardio-fitness class that includes basic instruction of boxing techniques, such as punching, kicking, clinching, elbow, and knee striking.

Muay Thai is a martial art form from Thailand. Its techniques are very similar to that of kickboxing, save a few rules, and so both sports are covered in this class.
