Sparring

Sparring:

Students of boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and Wing Chun, are invited to participate in sparring sessions three times a week. Participation is at the discretion of your instructor.

Sparring allows students to put their recently developed martial arts skills to the test, and to develop camaraderie with other USMAA gym members. Sparring is also an excellent way for aspiring boxers to start out on the amateur path for this sport.
