Just like the original kickboxing class, this program is designed specifically for women.
In Women’s Kickboxing, you’ll get a cardio-fitness workout that includes basic instruction of boxing techniques, such as punching, kicking, clinching, elbow, and knee striking. We tailor the workout a bit to target your personal fitness goals and focus on typical "problem areas" for women. Stick with it and you'll get your own extreme makeover!
